Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to fill out your audition card – onstage readings will commence at 1:00pm sharp.

Backstage Orientation:
Simultaneously with the January 23 audition, A BACKSTAGE ORIENTATION and tour of the theatre will be offered by a member of the Volunteer Committee for anyone interested in working behind the scenes on any future production. Descriptions of each of the various Volunteer Positions can be found in the Volunteer section of this website.
Synopsis:
This contemporary retelling of the heated relationship between Henry VIII and his sixth wife Katherine Parr is a witty, powerful examination of patriarchy, sexual politics, and women’s rights. Violence and temptation loom ever closer as Kate strives for a more powerful role while devoting herself to the education and equal rights of Henry’s daughters.
