Over the past few months, we have been busily working behind the scenes to launch a new ticketing system called Spektrix here at the Ottawa Little Theatre.
To make the final changes and move all our bookings over to Spektrix, no tickets can be purchased from 10am on Monday June 30th until 11am Monday July 7th.
Taking the events off sale will ensure that no bookings are lost in the transfer period. We may be able to start selling tickets again sooner than Monday July 7th so please keep an eye on our website or Facebook page where we will post any updates.
Our Box Office phone lines will be closed during the same period, and we will be unable to take any bookings until the new ticketing system is fully set up. A recorded message will provide the pertinent information, but you will not be able to leave a message for us. Our Box Office will be back to normal in time for future shows ticket exchanges and purchases.
WHY WE ARE CHANGING…
Our new website and ticketing system will make the booking process quick and simple when booking in person, by telephone or online.
Online you will be able to login to your customer account to see your orders and update your contact preferences at any time. The cardholder wallet can securely save your card details making your next booking even quicker.
