Something quite extraordinary happened today. I think I’ve fallen in love. I feel I must give you a little history to explain this outlandish statement.

It has been much, much too long since I confided in you. Looking back, I see we were last acquainted when I was laid up in hospital in August ’24, having another bit of shrapnel taken out of my leg.

Open auditions for The Murder Room written by Jack Sharkey and directed by Geoff Gruson will take place Saturday Oct. 3 from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Ottawa Little Theatre.
