The Workshop; EODL 1951 Regional Festival entry (full-length)
"Payment Deferred" was one of the ODL's entries into the Eastern Ontario Regional Drama Festival held in Ottawa at the Little Theatre from Feb. 23 to March 1. (This marked the first time the English section of the regional festival took place in Ottawa.)
Adjudicator Maxwell Wray awarded the Best Actor prize to W.A. Atkinson, and the Best Actress prize to Christina Drever. It was the first time in three years that the ODL didn't win the Best Production award which went to the Brockville Theatre Guild's production of "Our Town".
