The Enchanted was repeated at the OLT on Feb. 16, 1952, as a benefit performance to defray the expenses of performing at the EODL (Eastern Ontario Drama League) Festival in Peterborough.

It was performed again on Feb. 29, 1952, as one of the OLT entries into the Festival in Peterborough. There it won the Rupert Davies Cup for Best Presentation of a Full-Length Play.

"The Enchanted" was subsequently selected from among the other regional Best Production winners to represent Eastern Ontario at the Dominion Drama Festival (Apr 28-May 3) in Saint John, NB. Ottawa audiences had one more opportunity to see it when it was performed again at the OLT on Apr 5, 1952.

It was performed at the DDF on May 1, 1952, where it won top honours - the coveted Bessborough Trophy for Best Production. Julia Murphy also won the Louis Jouvet Trophy for Best Director, and Clesson Goodhue won Best Supporting Actor.
