This play in aid of the Ottawa Boys' Home took place at the Russell Theatre. It was preceded by "Tableaux, Pyramids and Camp Scenes" by the Ottawa Boy Scouts.
A repeat performance was given on Jan. 17, 1917, again at the Russell Theatre, with songs performed between acts by Ottawa's leading tenor, Mr. Harry A. Underwood, soprano Gladys Walsh, and the Militia Headquarters' Glee Club. The entertainment was the final chance to show appreciation to the 207th Battalion before its departure.
