When purchasing tickets online, the website suggests the best seats for you. If you don’t like the seats that are suggested, you can choose different seats by selecting available seats on the map. It will highlight the seats you’ve selected and you can click Change to newly selected seats right after. Once the change has been made, you will see that the new seats you selected are now in your order and ready to be added to your cart.

In order for you to see your subscription online, you need to add an email to your account – please call the box office to set this up. Once the box office staff have put your email onto your account, you can now go to the login page and click on Forgot my Password. Type in the email you are using for your account and click Rest password and email instructions. An email will be sent to you that you can create an actual password for your login. Now you are ready to access your subscription and renew online.

The program we use for online subscription sales offers “suggested seats” only online, so you are unable to manually choose your seats.  If you are happy with the seats it suggests, proceed with your order. If you would like to choose different seats, please phone our box office and speak with one of our friendly staff who will help you select your seats.

First you select how many tickets you want and then click on Choose your seats. After you have chosen your seats, the following page is where you can change the price of your tickets. Default price is Adult and depending on what you are using to browse our website if you click on the price of the ticket you can select another price instead.
Please be aware that you can buy student tickets online, but you will be asked to show a valid Student ID or show proof that the ticket is for a student/child when picking up the ticket.
